A clear way to reach the team.

Humetric is a consent-first professional identity and talent-discovery service. This page is the public contact point for questions about the product, public profiles, machine-readable discovery, privacy, and responsible use. We use one shared inbox so requests can be routed to the right context without exposing a personal address.

For product questions, partnership ideas, profile support, or a request that does not fit one of the categories below, email the Humetric team. Please include enough context for us to understand the page, account, or public surface involved, and do not send passwords, API keys, résumé files, or other sensitive information in an initial message.

01 // what to contact us about

Keep the request specific.

Profile and account support

Questions about submitting, reviewing, publishing, hiding, editing, or deleting a profile should identify the relevant account or public profile without including credentials. Profile owners control field-level exposure and can change or withdraw their published choices from the account controls.

Privacy and data requests

Use the contact address for privacy questions, access or correction requests, consent withdrawal, and data-deletion requests. The Privacy Policy explains the available controls, verification steps, public projection behavior, retention, and the information to include in a deletion request.

Responsible use and security

Tell us about suspected misuse, an exposure-control concern, a security issue, or content that appears to violate the Terms of Use. Do not attempt to test private routes or send secrets as evidence; describe the observable behavior and the safest way to follow up.

Privacy comes first.

Email and phone fields are private by default. Public profile responses are filtered through the owner’s exposure settings, and public or authorized reads are recorded for auditability. Read the Privacy Policy before sending a rights request so that the request contains only the minimum necessary information.

Developer and agent resources

Public technical guidance is available at the agent documentation page, in llms.txt, and in the published API and MCP discovery surfaces. Contact the team if you need help understanding the documented public interfaces; access remains subject to authentication, exposure settings, consent, and the applicable product decisions.

Use the shared inbox above for any request that needs a human response. Include only the minimum context needed to understand the issue, and keep credentials and secrets out of the message.
