01 // who we are

About us

Building the consent-first professional identity layer for an AI-native labor market — from Taipei to the world.

Humetric
01 // the problem

Talent data is locked away.

Humetric started with a pain its founder lived first-hand. Working at Asia’s largest headhunting group, Paul watched recruiters spend six-plus hours a week — a full workday — scrolling profiles on expensive recruiter seats and old databases, while too many profiles and applications arrived for manual review. On the other side, applicants broad-apply because they cannot stand out or be searched by LLMs and AI agents. AI could help both sides, but it has no lawful, public talent platform to access, verify and diligence.

02 // our answer

People stay in control.

Every existing option was broken. Platform data is locked in walled gardens. Third-party data brokers are legally murky. Scraping is a lawsuit. So we’re building the missing layer: an open, consent-first professional identity layer where people submit their own data, control exactly what is visible to whom, and public profile reads are logged — queryable by humans and AI agents alike, like a public LinkedIn, Google Maps and GitHub for human talent.

We’re built in Taipei, starting from the talent market we know best — Taiwan’s engineers, semiconductor talent and bilingual professionals — with infrastructure designed from day one for the global, AI-native labor market.
